Ingredients

1package  Tyson® Refrigerated Fully Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips 
4cups  shredded lettuce
1/2cup  drained canned kernel corn
2tablespoons  sliced black olives
1/4cup  drained canned red kidney beans
2tablespoons  chopped green onion

Directions

Divide lettuce between 4 plates.
Top lettuce with corn, olives, onion, beans and chicken.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with salsa or salad dressing and crispy tortilla chips on the side. Refrigerate leftovers.
