1-1/2cups  all-purpose flour
1/2cup  sugar
1tablespoon  baking powder
1/4teaspoon  salt
1teaspoon  cinnamon
1/2teaspoon  nutmeg
1-1/2cups  Kellogg's® Complete® Wheat Bran Flakes
2/3cup  fat-free milk
1/4cup  vegetable oil
1cup  solid pack pumpkin
1/2cup  raisins


Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices in small mixing bowl. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® Complete® Wheat Bran Flakes cereal and milk. Let stand about 3 minutes or until cereal softens.
Add egg and oil. Beat well.
Add pumpkin and raisins. Stir well.
Mix in flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Portion batter evenly into twelve 2-1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° F about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
