15-Minute Chicken Margherita 

Ingredients

4fully-cooked breaded chicken cutlets*
1jar  Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce 
1/2cup  shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.) (optional)
8oz.  bow tie pasta, cooked and drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
In 13 x 9-inch baking dish arrange chicken. Pour sauce over chicken, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve over hot bow ties.
*Find prepared cooked chicken cutlets or patties in your grocers' deli case or frozen foods aisle.
