Ingredients

4 to 5cups  beef broth
1/2cup  molasses
1/2cup  cider vinegar
2tbsp.  prepared mustard
2tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce
1/2tsp.  hot sauce
4lb.  baby back ribs

Directions

Combine broth, molasses, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in 6-quart Dutch oven; bring to boiling. Add ribs; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F. Place ribs in 17 1/4x11 1/2x1-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour, 15 minutes to 1 hour, 30 minutes or until tender. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
