Ingredients
| 1 | 8-oz.
salmon fillet, cooked | | 3 | tbsp.
seafood seasoning | | 1 | tbsp.
dry breadcrumbs | | 1 | egg | | 1 | green onion, chopped | | 1 | clove garlic, minced | | 1 | tbsp.
chopped fresh parsley | | Lemon Dipping Sauce (optional): | | 3 | tbsp.
mayonnaise | | 1/2 | tsp.
grated lemon peel | | 1 | tbsp.
lemon juice | | 1/2 | tsp.
chopped fresh dill (optional) |

Directions
 | If desired, prepare dipping sauce by combining all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. |  | Shape salmon, seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, garlic and parsley firmly into 3 patties (scant 1/2 inch thick). |  | Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick olive oil or regular cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Add patties; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until browned and set. Serve with Lemon Dipping Sauce, coleslaw or tossed salad, if desired. |
