Halibut with Dijon Glaze

Ingredients

1/2cup  Dijon-style mustard
2cloves garlic, minced
1/4cup  chopped fresh parsley
1/4tsp.  salt
1/4tsp.  freshly ground pepper
46-oz.  halibut fillets
Additional chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Combine mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; brush over fish.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Grill fish, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork. Garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
