Ingredients

3/4cup  butter, softened
2/3cup  sugar
1egg
1cup  all-purpose flour
1tsp.  apple pie spice
1cup  regular rolled oats
1(8-oz.)  pkg. mixed dried fruit bits
2ripe bananas, chopped
1cup  chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar with electric mixer on low speed until combined. Beat in egg until combined. Beat in flour and apple pie spice. Stir in oats, fruit bits, bananas, and walnuts until combined.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely. Or use 1/4-cup measure or scoop to drop mounds of dough about 4 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
