Fresh Green Bean Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1/4cup  white wine vinegar
1tbsp.  fresh lemon juice
2cloves garlic, minced
1/4tsp.  dry mustard
6tbsp.  extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2cup  fresh French (baby) green beans, steamed to crisp tender and placed in ice water
2tomatoes, quartered
2 to 3hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered
1cup  canned chunk tuna, drained
1(2.25-oz.)  can sliced black olives, drained
4cups  Boston (butterhead) lettuce

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and olive oil in a small bowl. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste; set aside.
Arrange green beans, tomatoes, eggs, tuna and olives over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
