Ingredients

butter or margarine | | 1/4 | cup
seasoned fine dry breadcrumbs | | 2 | 8-oz.
pkg. cream cheese, softened | | 4 | oz.
shredded Swiss cheese (1 cup) | | 2 | eggs | | 2 | tbsp.
dry sherry or milk | | 1 | cup
flaked cooked crabmeat (about 6 oz.) | | 1 | tbsp.
chopped chives or green onion |

Directions
 | Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform or tart pan with removable bottom with butter. Coat pan with breadcrumbs. |  | In mixer bowl or food processor beat together cream cheese, Swiss cheese and eggs just until smooth. Gradually beat in sherry. Fold in crabmeat and chives. Carefully pour into prepared pan. |  | Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is nearly set. Cool 10 minutes; loosen sides of pan. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. |
