Crab and Swiss Cheesecake

Ingredients

2tsp.  butter or margarine
1/4cup  seasoned fine dry breadcrumbs
28-oz.  pkg. cream cheese, softened
4oz.  shredded Swiss cheese (1 cup)
2eggs
2tbsp.  dry sherry or milk
1cup  flaked cooked crabmeat (about 6 oz.)
1tbsp.  chopped chives or green onion

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform or tart pan with removable bottom with butter. Coat pan with breadcrumbs.
In mixer bowl or food processor beat together cream cheese, Swiss cheese and eggs just until smooth. Gradually beat in sherry. Fold in crabmeat and chives. Carefully pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is nearly set. Cool 10 minutes; loosen sides of pan. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
