Ingredients

1lb.  lean ground beef
1medium onion, finely chopped
2cloves garlic, minced
2(14 1/2-oz.)  cans sliced new potatoes
1/2tsp.  salt
1/8 to 1/4tsp.  cayenne pepper
1(28-oz.)  can baked beans
1/4cup  parsley flakes
2tbsp.  oregano leaves
1/2tsp.  ground black pepper
Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

In 12-inch skillet brown ground beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat; drain.
Add potatoes, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in beans, parsley and oregano. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through. Season with pepper and hot sauce to taste, if desired.
