Baked Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

46-oz.  salmon fillets (thawed, if frozen)
1/4cup  maple syrup
3tbsp.  coarse-grain mustard
2tbsp.  light brown sugar
Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets, skin side down, in baking dish.
Whisk together maple syrup, mustard and brown sugar in small bowl. Pour over salmon.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
