Asian Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

1head napa cabbage, halved, cored and shredded
1/2 cup  sliced green onions
1 cup  shredded or grated carrots
1/2 cup  coarsely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup  rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp.  lime juice
1 tbsp.  peeled grated gingerroot (from 1-inch piece)
2 tbsp.  light brown sugar
1 tbsp.  soy sauce
1 tbsp.  toasted sesame oil

Directions

In large bowl, toss cabbage, green onions, carrots and cilantro together until evenly mixed.
In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill, covered, until ready to serve.
