Ingredients
| 1 | head napa cabbage, halved, cored and shredded | | 1/2 cup
sliced green onions | | 1 cup
shredded or grated carrots | | 1/2 cup
coarsely chopped cilantro | | 1/2 cup
rice wine vinegar | | 2 tbsp.
lime juice | | 1 tbsp.
peeled grated gingerroot (from 1-inch piece) | | 2 tbsp.
light brown sugar | | 1 tbsp.
soy sauce | | 1 tbsp.
toasted sesame oil |

Directions
 | In large bowl, toss cabbage, green onions, carrots and cilantro together until evenly mixed. |  | In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. |  | Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill, covered, until ready to serve. |
