Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine apples, cranberries and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice; toss to mix well. Pile mixture into baking dish.
In medium bowl combine flour, remaining 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar and oats. Mix well. Blend in softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender when pierced with a sharp knife and topping is golden brown.
