7- Layer Greek Dip

Ingredients

18-oz.  pkg. light cream cheese, softened
2tbsp.  lowfat milk
1tsp.  dried oregano leaves
1/4tsp.  pepper
18-oz.  container hummus
3/4cup  chopped cucumber
1plum tomato, chopped
1/2cup  crumbled feta cheese (2 oz.)
1/4cup  sliced black olives
2tbsp.  sliced green onion
Purchased pita crisps or assorted crackers

Directions

In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, milk, oregano and pepper.
Spread cream cheese mixture on 10-inch serving platter. Gently spread hummus on top. Sprinkle with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and green onions.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with pita crisps or crackers.
