10-Minute Crisp Pea Salad

Ingredients

1lb.  (2 cups) fresh peas, shelled
1(8-oz.)  pkg. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2cup  chopped celery
1/2cup  shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4cup  chopped green bell pepper
1/3 to 1/2cup  mayonnaise
1tbsp.  raspberry vinaigrette
1/2tsp.  Italian seasoning
1/4tsp.  ground black pepper
2tbsp.  bacon bits

Directions

In large bowl combine peas, cheese, celery, lettuce and green bell pepper. Lightly toss until combined. Add mayonnaise and raspberry vinaigrette, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Lightly toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
Just before serving, stir in bacon bits.
*Chill time extra
