Ultimate Smothered Chicken with Bacon

shredded Cheddar cheese|
chopped green chilies, drained|
|Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until cooked, but not crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain; keep warm. Grease shallow baking dish; set aside.|
|Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Combine cheese, chilies, and garlic in medium bowl. Spread half of mixture onto each chicken breast. Roll up chicken and wrap each with 2 bacon strips; secure with toothpicks.|
|Place chicken in prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until internal juices of chicken run clear. (Or insert instant-read meat thermometer into thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 180˚F.)|
Serving Suggestion: Discard toothpicks before serving. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
