Heat oven to 375°F. In 11x7-inch baking dish, arrange chips in single layer. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are heated thoroughly. Sprinkle nachos with onions. Serve immediately.
In microwave-safe bowl, combine cheese product and chili.
