Ingredients

1-1/2cups  halved fresh strawberries 
1tbsp.  sugar 
4shortcake dessert cups (spongecake cups) 
4(1/2-cup) scoops  Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream 
4tbsp.  whipped cream

Directions

In a small bowl, mash 1/2 cup strawberries with sugar; stir in remaining 1 cup strawberries. 
Place 1 shortcake cup on each of 4 dessert plates; top each with a scoop of Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream. Spoon about 3 tablespoons strawberries around bottom of each shortcake cup and 1 tablespoon on top of each sundae; top each with 1 tablespoon whipped cream. Serve immediately.
