Ingredients

1Tbsp.  extra-virgin olive oil
3garlic cloves, minced
1onion, diced
1large bunch collard greens
Juice from 1 lemon
A dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Add the olive oil to a large pan and saute the garlic and onions for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add rinsed and chopped collard greens to mix, and squeeze the fresh lemon juice over all ingredients.
Add the salt and pepper and stir over medium-high heat until garlic and onions have browned, about 4 minutes.
