Ingredients

2Tbsp.  Butter 
1Pkg.  10-ounce package button or cremini mushrooms, washed and sliced 
1Can  can (10 ¾ ounces) Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 
1/4Tsp.  Cayenne pepper, or to taste 
2/3Cups  Milk 
5Cups  Cups cooked green beans, Fresh or from frozen 
1 1/2Cups  French's fried onions 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Sauté mushrooms until they are softened, and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine soup, milk and cayenne pepper. Stir in mushrooms, beans and 3/4 cup of the fried onions. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for about 20 minutes, until mixture starts to bubble. Top with the remaining 3/4 cup fried onions and bake about 5 more minutes, until onions are lightly browned.
