Ingredients

1-1/2lb. (about 4)  red potatoes, quartered 
1/2cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 
4slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled 
1/4tsp  garlic powder 
1/4tsp  salt 
1/8tsp  pepper 
1/2cup  KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 

Directions

COOK potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 minutes or until tender; drain. 
MASH potatoes. Add dressing, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
STIR in cheese.

• Serving Suggestion: Serve this creamy and satisfying home-style dish with baked chicken and a side green salad.
• Substitute: Substitute 3 minced garlic cloves for the garlic powder.
