Chocolate Maraschino Cheesecake Pie
maraschino cherries, divided|
cream cheese, softened|
miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided|
|1Ready-Crust pie crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate|
frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed|
|Drain cherries, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. Halve cherries. Set aside.|
|In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and reserved cherry juice, mixing until combined. Add egg, beating until just combined.|
|Reserve sixteen maraschino cherry halves. Fold remaining cherries and 1/3 cup of chocolate morsels into cream cheese mixture.|
|Place crust on baking sheet. Spread cream cheese mixture in crust. Bake on baking sheet at 350°F about 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.|
|Spread with whipped topping. Garnish with remaining chocolate morsels and reserved cherry halves.|
