1can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
2lb. ground beef
1onion, chopped
1cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
2eggs, beaten
1/2tsp. ground black pepper


HEAT oven to 350°F.
RESERVE half the tomato sauce. Mix remaining tomato sauce with remaining ingredients.
PRESS meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
BAKE for 1 hour or until done (160ºF), draining fat and topping meatloaf with reserved sauce after 50 minutes.

Serving Suggestion
Balance this entree with smart side dishes. For example, choose a spinach salad and hot steamed green vegetable.

Special Extra
Add 1 small green pepper, chopped, to meat mixture before pressing into pan.
