Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1tbsp  Great Value Vegetable Oil 
1Onion, diced 
1lb.  Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced into strips 
1(14-1/2-oz.) can  Great Value Beef Broth 
8oz.  Great Value Mushroom Pieces/Stems
8oz.  Great Value Medium Egg Noodles 
8oz.  Great Value All Natural Sour Cream

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet, add onion and steak, sauté until lightly browned. 
Stir in beef broth, mushrooms, and noodles. Bring to boil.
 Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender.
 Stir in sour cream; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
